This month, you will be researching and learning from each other about cuisines from around the world. You even teach of us a dish we will make during lab.
We will be doing a brief cake war in Culinary Two, the week of the 13th of February. Please click on cake for further instructions
As you should know by now we have our Food Safety and Sanitation Unit Test on the 9th of February, you have to get a 80% to participate in the Cooking labs. We will be doing a review in class the day before, but if you want to jump start your studying because you don't want anything to hold you back from actually getting to cooking in this class.
